Heartwork. It is about choosing growth over grief. Choosing hope over despair. So that your heart can heal even though there might scars but nvr stop being heartworking. Don't forget to acknowledge your feelings and you have the right to feel whatever your heart is feeling. Heartwork is a consistent effort before it lapse from the momentum of healing. Heartwork can also mean getting closer to the creator and find tranquility in Him. To achieve better results for heartwork is to speak to Him making sure all intentions are pure and it is the way of Islam. All the best with heartwork hope it helps you emotionally and spiritually. Hardwork and heartwork both are needed to achieve optimal results for your self-assessment.
